WARRANTY POLICY
For this warranty to be valid you must follow the correct care instructions outlined on the sewn on label on the product.
Please retain your purchase receipt if Product was purchased in a retail store.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You Are What You Sleep® wool bedding products are guaranteed to be free from defects in quality and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your product requires returning for repair or replacement, please ensure for health reasons that it is in a clean condition and/or has been freshly laundered.
Under our warranty, You Are What You Sleep will provide a replacement product or repair if your product is faulty or has been wrongly described.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Change of mind
- General wear and tear
- Incorrect laundering or cleaning
- Items with any care instructions labels removed
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
For warranty claims, You Are What You Sleep reserves the right to assess the condition and age of any item prior to offering a replacement or repair.
To make a claim please email us at info@youarewhatyousleep.com and provide proof of purchase and we will attend to your claim as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can contact the retailer you purchased your product from and they will contact us for speedy attention.
You Are What you Sleep will inspect the product and advise on the results from the assessment. You Are What You Sleep products that are repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned to you at no cost.
Please pack the product for claim in a box or large bag, include a note with your name and reason for claim and attach a label with the following address:
